Study on Construction of Tourism Safety and Rescue System of Suzhou——From Perspective of Suzhou Taihu Lake Speedboat Incident

To build a tourism safety and rescue system became an important work in the tourist development of a tourist destination."4·4 Suzhou Taihu Lake Speedboat Incident" reflected a certain vulnerability in the Suzhou tourism safety and rescue system and had a serious negative impact on Suzhou,a famous tourist destination image.This paper took the event as the perspective and figured out a range of the issues:There was no unified rescue command center in the rescue process,linkage deficiencies and a big scenic safety relief loophole,in order to build Suzhou tourism safety rescue system with a tourism safety and rescue command center of Suzhou,travel alarm positioning subsystem,subsystem of tourism rescue operations,tourism rescue the aftermath of the subsystem,tourism rescue coordination subsystems and tourism rescue protection subsystem,then constituted a complete,fast,efficient Suzhou tourism safety and rescue systems,and in-depth interpreted the travel safety relief system mechanism.
