Využití afinitní chromatografie na imobilizovaných kovových iontech v proteomice

This thesis deals with the use of immobilized metal ion affinity chromatography (IMAC) in proteomics. First part of this work is focused on the principles of affinity chromatography and their individual techniques, followed by the principles of IMAC, its ligands and individual carriers. Characterization of proteomics and some previously published results regarding using of IMAC in current proteomics are described in final part of this work including concrete applications of IMAC for study of protein post-translational modifications and for purification of recombinant proteins.
