Curvature-variable arc-shaped towing elevator

2010
The utility model discloses a curvature-variable arc-shaped towing elevator, which comprises a towing machine, a counterweight, two main guide rails, a bag rack and a cabin. A safety tongs component is arranged on the bag rack, and the two main guide rails are fixed on the wall of a well hole and are on the front side and the rear side on the same side of the cabin respectively. The curvature-variable arc-shaped towing elevator is characterized in that the elevator is provided with two track guide rails, the main guide rails adopt the same curvature as the curvature of the well hole on which the main guide rails are fixed, and the curvature of the track guide rails is determined according to the requirement for enabling the cabin to be perpendicular to the ground; the upper parts of the two straight beams of the bag rack are connected together through a crossbeam, the lower parts of the two straight beams are connected to form a rigid integral body through a base plate, and the crossbeam is connected with a towing rope; and the cabin is connected with the base plate, and a guide device is arranged on each side of the cabin close to the track guide rails. The curvature-variable arc-shaped towing elevator can operate in the curvature-variable arc-shaped well hole; and since the bottom of the cabin is hinged and supported on the base plate of the bag rack, and the upper part thereof is supported by the track guide rails, the cabin is ensured to be perpendicular to the ground all the time, and the problem that the elevator operates in the inclination-variable or curvature-variable arc-shaped well hole is effectively solved.
