The invention discloses a light emitting diode with a micro optimal transmission system. The light emitting diode comprises an epitaxial substrate. A buffer layer is arranged on the epitaxial substrate. A first type conductive layer is arranged on the buffer layer. An active layer is arranged on the first type conductive layer. A second type conductive layer is arranged on the active layer. A pattern making layer is arranged on the second type conductive layer. An electrode Bragg reflection layer is arranged on the lower end inside the pattern making layer. The electrode Bragg reflection layer has a plurality of cylindrical holes which are filled with a pattern making layer material. A plurality of circular arc cone type stereoscopic reflectors are made on the pattern making layer, and a soldering station electrode is arranged above the circular arc cone type stereoscopic reflectors. Light can be prevented from being absorbed by the active layer or the epitaxial substrate again, light emitted by the active layer below the soldering station electrode can be effectively transmitted to the surface of the epitaxial layer, and the extraction rate of light in the shading place of the soldering station electrode is increased.
