Reform on the cultivation plan for the PE specialty guided by the “all-round talents” educational idea

Using the logical,interviewing and literature research methods,this paper makes a systematic analysis and exploration of the reform of talent cultivation plan for the PE specialty of Chongqing Education College.It explains the idea that the talent cultivation plan should be suited to the cause development and students' future employment,elevate the professional education effect,enrich the "yizhuanduoneng(expert in one thing and versatile at many)" intention and denotation and cultivate all-round talents.
