HEPATIC VASCULAR PEDICLE SIGN: A CASE REPORT
2013
A 25-year-old-man was admitted to our hospital with a palpable right upper quadrant mass. Multidetector computed tomography was performed to demonstrate pathology. A gross mass lesion in the right lobe and also a mass lesion just next to the left lobe lateral segment revealed. An arterial structure was detected in the mass which was originating from the left hepatic artery. We called this appearance ‘’ hepatic vascular pedicle‘’ sign. This sign suggests us that the lesion is originating from the left lobe.
