Design and Implementation of Real-Time Vehicle Recognition and Detection System Based on YOLO

Researches are continuously carried out to provide various services based on the recognition of vehicles and their recognition results. For example, related technologies can be used in various intermitted cameras. In this paper, we proposed a real-time vehicle recognition and detection system based on YOLO. The proposed method is designed and implemented to recognize vehicles using CNN based on YOLO. The proposed method has the advantage of recognizing the vehicle number and the type of vehicle at the same time, and it can be applied to applications such as the prevention of various crimes using vehicles.
