A rounded angle reversed-truncated-pyramid-shaped floating production storage unit comprises a floating body, an upper composite module and mooring anchors, wherein the floating body is formed by combination of an upper axial symmetry rounded angle reversed-truncated-pyramid-shaped structure and a lower axial symmetry rounded angle reversed-truncated-pyramid-shaped structure, and a cylindrical central tank inserted into the bottom center of the lower portion of the floating body, cylindrical oil storage tanks arranged on two sides the central tank, upper technological equipment arrangement tanks arranged on the periphery of the oil storage tanks, side ballast tanks arranged between the upper technological equipment arrangement tanks and the outer wall of the floating body are arranged inside the upper portion of the floating body. The upper portion of the floating body is welded with the lower portion of the floating body. The central tank, the oil storage tanks and the lower axial symmetry rounded angle reversed-truncated-pyramid-shaped structure are welded. A main-generator module is arranged on the rear middle portion of the upper top surface of the floating body, an oil gas processing module is arranged on the front left portion of the floating body, a water processing module is arranged on the middle left portion of the floating portion, and a heat medium heating module and a living building module are arranged on the middle right portion of the floating body. The mooring anchors are symmetrically arranged on four rounded angles of the lower portion of the floating body or on the outer wall, between the rounded angles, of the floating body.
