Jump software for simulating electromagnetic processes

2002
JUMP software developed at Moscow Power Institute for the simulation of electromagnetic processes in electrical equipment and other electromagnetic devices with three-dimensional steady and quasi-steady fields is considered. The interface shell consists of a program modules for numerical analysis of the electromagnetic fields in combination with three-dimensional and projectional visualization of the structure of the device and the distribution of field parameters. The computational programs employs a mathematical model in which the problem is formulated as spatial integral equations in terms of the electromagnetic field sources.
