TC-RT-PCR技术在马铃薯病毒检测及其基因克隆上的应用

The tube capture RT-PCR (TC-RT-PCR) was applied for identifying PVX, PVY and PLRV in potato disease leavies and cloning their full coat protein genes. The length of PVX, PVY and PLRV was 714, 804 and 627 bp respectively. The results showed that TC-RT-PCR with simple, rapid and high sensitivity could be widely applied in identification of potato viruses and cloning of their relative genes in future.
