Materials aligning and transferring apparatus for forging equipment

The present invention relates to a material alignment apparatus for forging facilities, capable of effectively transferring materials fed from a material feeding device to a side of a forging module after aligning the materials in line with each other. The material alignment apparatus according to the present invention includes an alignment and introduction unit provided adjacent to the material feeding device, a guide transfer unit located under the alignment and introduction unit, and a pressing and transferring unit for transferring materials transferred by the guide transfer unit to a side of a forging mold while pressing the materials. The alignment and introduction unit includes an inclined introduction plate provided adjacent to the material feeding device, a cover installed above the inclined introduction plate, and a plurality of alignment members provided above the inclined introduction plate. The guide transfer unit includes a transfer belt installed under the alignment and introduction unit, a guide vertical wall installed in an upright state vertically above the transfer belt, a pair of curved guide plates installed at both end portions of the guide vertical wall, and a pair of inclined guide members coupled to end portions of the paired curved guide plates and inclined downward. The guide transfer unit includes a mounting unit located under the inclined guide member of the guide transfer unit, a transfer pipe installed at a front end portion of the mounting unit, a pressing plunger provided at a rear portion of the mounting unit while being arranged in a line, and a driving cylinder to move back and forth the pressing plunger.
