In this paper, we consider a system of learning and teaching practices that occupies a special place in the course of innovative preparation of future teachers and researchers. It is shown that the components of the system are designed to consolidate students' theoretical knowledge and skills. Some features of the practice that contribute to the formation of professional competence of graduates are revealed. The results obtained confirm the high quality of psychological, pedagogical and methodological training of students.
