Resource requesting method and device

Embodiments of the present invention relate to the field of communications. Disclosed are a resource requesting method and device, capable of implementing a low-delay resource request and further ensuring low-delay data transmission of a UE to improve the user experience. The solution provided by the embodiments of the present invention comprises: a UE receives service data, and sends a resource request instruction to a network side device when the service data is received or the magnitude of pre-set data satisfies a pre-set sending condition, the resource request instruction being used for instructing the network side device to allocate resources, for sending the service data, to the UE. The present invention is used for requesting resources.
