The Performance Evaluation of Power Generation Enterprise Associated with EVA and BSC

Along with the deeply reform of electric power market in China, there need an objective and fair evaluation to the achievement of enterprise. Applying the traditional accounting index or the index of economic value added can't achieve the evaluating effect needed. The substance and merit demerit of common used performance evaluation methods BSC and EVA were analyzed. And associated EVA with BSC, the performance evaluation system that taking EVA as core and BSC as the method was constructed.
