Transcatheter exclusion of supra-celiac saccular aneurysm by reverse positioning of duct occluder

Abstract We report a successful transcatheter exclusion of supra-celiac saccular aneurysm using duct occluder. Stent graft or covered stent was not considered in view of calcified irregular aorta with mild luminal narrowing. Duct occluder was positioned in reverse direction using bioptome. Follow-up assessment by CT angiogram showed complete exclusion of the aortic aneurysm.
