The invention discloses a highly-adaptive high-precision sun tracking device. The highly-adaptive high-precision sun tracking device comprises a semi-conductor heating and refrigerating piece, a temperature sensor and a heating and refrigerating control module, wherein the semi-conductor heating and refrigerating piece is attached to the lower surface of a shading cylinder upper bottom; the temperature sensor is used for detecting the temperature in a shading cylinder, the output terminal of the temperature sensor is connected with the input terminal of the heating and refrigerating control module and the output terminal of the heating and refrigerating control module is connected with the semi-conductor heating and refrigerating piece; and when the temperature value in the shading cylinder exceeds a set threshold value, the heating and refrigerating control module controls the semi-conductor heating and refrigerating piece to heat or refrigerate till the temperature value in the shading cylinder is within the set threshold range, The highly-adaptive high-precision sun tracking device provided by the invention utilizes the temperature sensor to real-timely detect the variation of temperature in the shading cylinder and adopts the semi-conductor heating and refrigerating piece to real-timely adjust the temperature in the shading cylinder when the temperature is too high or too low, thereby realizing high-precision sun tracking in different temperatures and different light intensities.
