A recording medium (100) comprising: a digital stream into which a video stream and graphics stream are multiplexed; wherein it said graphics stream includes graphics data (ODS) and control information status (ICS) integrated therein, being used graphics data (ODS) to compose an interactive display having at least one button, and having the control information state (ICS) information (selection_time_out_pts) describing a time period termination selection button and information (button_info (i)) defining the button to cause the interactive display to change to a different state in response to a procedure playback of the video stream and a user operation on the button; said graphics stream is a packet string; packet chain includes at least one set of packets (Display Set), each set of packets includes a packet containing state control information (ICS) and at least one packet containing graphics data (ODS); and the packet containing state control information (ICS) is attached with a time stamp indicating a display time of an image to be displayed in synchronism with the interactive screen.
