The invention discloses a multi-stage adverse continuous leaching and refining method for euphausia superb oil. The multi-stage adverse continuous leaching and refining method comprises the following steps: 1, by taking n-hexane as an extraction agent, extracting euphausia superb oil by using a multi-stage adverse continuous leaching method, filtering and centrifuging mixed oil, and removing the solvent in the supernatant liquid in vacuum, thereby obtaining crude oil, wherein the extraction stages are 2-5; 2, dissolving the crude oil into n-hexane, adding sodium silicate into the mixed oil, stirring, and filtering and centrifuging the mixed oil, thereby obtaining a supernatant liquid; and 3, standing at minus 4-4 DEG C so as to layer the supernatant liquid, centrifuging the supernatant liquid so as to obtain another supernatant liquid, and removing the solvent in the supernatant liquid in vacuum, thereby obtaining the refined euphausia superb oil. The grease recycling rate of the euphausia superb oil obtained in the step 1 is not less than 85%; the acid value of the euphausia superb oil after acid removal in the step 2 is not greater than 2mg/g; the insoluble impurities in the euphausia superb oil which is denominated in the step 3 is not greater than 0.1%, the euphausia superb oil is transparent orange in appearance, and free of macroscopic impurity.
