The method of alkylation of benzene and toluene, a xylene, methanol

2014
The present invention relates to a process for alkylation of benzene and toluene with methanol xylene using a fluidized bed reactor process, co-feed of benzene and methanol, benzene and methanol are brought into contact with a fluid bed catalyst; wherein the reaction temperature is 300-600 ℃, the reaction pressure is 0-1.0MPa; molar ratio of benzene and methanol is (0.3-3): 1; total mass space velocity of benzene and methanol as 0.5-10h-1. In the present invention ensure full conversion of methanol on the basis of the per pass conversion of benzene is not less than 40% of the total product selectivity toluene and xylene of 80%, the total yield of not less than 32%. Good catalyst stability, mild regeneration conditions.
