Spectrophotometric study of rate of formation and stability of the charge transfer complexes of aromatic aldoximes with chloranil

Abstract Rate constants for the reaction of p -substituted benzaldoximes with chloranil and the stability constants for the resulting charge transfer complexes have been determined spectrophotometrically in solution of pH 9 at 338 nm.
