A note on tactical berth allocation under uncertainty

Abstract This note points out that the domain of variable ζ i ′ in the paper entitled “Tactical berth allocation under uncertainty” (Zhen, 2015) should be { − 1 , 0 , 1 } rather than {0, 1}. An instance is given to evaluate the errors caused by the wrong domain.
