The vehicle body structurally comprises a vehicle body frame, a front supporting rod, a rear supporting rod, a front wheel, a rear wheel and a leg connecting rod seat, wherein the front supporting rod and the rear supporting rod are mounted at the front end and the rear end of the vehicle body frame, the front wheel is mounted on the bottom of the front supporting rod, the rear wheel is mounted on the bottom of the rear supporting rod, the leg connecting rod seat is fixed to the vehicle body frame, and the steering mechanism is connected with the front supporting rod. The number of the leg connecting rod mechanisms is two, and each leg connecting rod mechanism comprises a crank, a thigh connecting rod, a shank connecting rod, a shank and a thigh. According to the exoskeleton walking aiding and rehabilitation robot, due to the fact that the vehicle body structure is available for supporting, the stability of the exoskeleton in the moving process is good; due to the fact that the leg connecting rod mechanisms simulate the lower limb moving law of a disabled person, and therefore the functions of walking aiding and rehabilitation can be achieved.
