Preparation method for intraocular lens

The invention provides a preparation method for an intraocular lens. The preparation method comprises the steps that (1) an intraocular lens coarse blank is provided and comprises an optical zone and a peripheral zone, the optical zone is provided with an upper optical face and a lower optical face, and the peripheral zone surrounds the optical zone; and (2) laser cutting treatment is conducted on the peripheral zone so as to form the intraocular lens, the intraocular lens comprises the optical zone and a support part, the optical zone comprises the upper optical face and the lower optical face, and the support part is connected with the optical zone. Therefore, cutting of the intraocular lens coarse blank can be achieved fast, and thus the production efficiency for preparing the intraocular lens can be improved.
