The present invention relates to a non-invasive real-time surgical navigation device. Comprising positioning a laser driving means working servers, digital signal splitting device and a display, positioned between the drive means and the laser working wirelessly connected to the server, the electrical connection between the working servers, digital signal splitting device and a display. Compared with the current surgical navigation apparatus, the present invention has the following advantages: an automatic calibration operation fool; 2 clear interface, supporting multi-angle viewing perspective image; 3 wide range of applications, all applications can be adapted to the liquid crystal... panel C-arm; 4. intraoperative positioning speed, within 30 seconds; the error is small, the overall error 1mm.
