The invention belongs to the field of petroleum engineering and relates to the technology of natural gas storage and transport, in particular to a whole-course swing spiral flow conveying pipeline and natural gas hydrate decomposing process device. A natural gas hydrate pipeline conveying device is composed of flow guide strips at two ends, the two flow guide strips are symmetrically arranged in a pipe wall, are fixed around the inner wall of a pipeline in the same direction in the whole course and form a spiral shape, and a spiral pipeline is formed. By means of the pipeline spiral gas hydrate conveying method, addition of inhibitors, polymerization inhibitors and other chemicals is omitted, and conveying safety and economical efficiency of natural gas are improved. By the adoption of a three-stage hydrate decomposing tower, carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide are effectively separated out, traditional natural gas desulfuration and decarbonization equipment is omitted, and water in the whole process is recycled through a water storage tank. Besides, a solar heat collector is used for heating the water, energy consumption is low, and the requirements for economic efficiency, environment protection, high efficiency, recyclability and the like are met.
