By the adoption of a three-stage hydrate decomposing tower, carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide are effectively separated out, traditional natural gas desulfuration and decarbonization equipment is omitted, and water in the whole process is recycled through a water storage tank. Besides, a solar heat collector is used for heating the water, energy consumption is low, and the requirements for economic efficiency, environment protection, high efficiency, recyclability and the like are met.
