60×10~4 t/a Coal-to-Methanol Technology in Yulin

The technologies and characteristics of methanol production unit based on coal-water slurry pressurized gasification in Yulin Methanol Plant of Yanzhou Coal Mining Co.Ltd,are introduced.These technologies include production and gasification of coal-water slurry,carbon monoxide sulfur-resistant shift,low-temperature methanol wash,sulfur recovery,methanol synthesis,hydrogen recovery,methanol rectification,air separation and so on.
