Design and Implementation of Monitoring and Evaluation System for Online Publicity of Natural Resources Government Information

In order to deal with the problems of long time consuming, heavy workload, complexity of statistical analysis in the process of evaluating publishing natural resources government-information online, the present paper designs and implements the system of online monitoring and evaluation of natural resources government affairs information. The system is designed and adopts a micro-service architecture, which automatically scores some indicators based on full-text indexing technology, and visually displays the evaluation results by means of GIS graphics services. The practice shows that the system provides the effective support for the evaluation, which generally improves the efficiency and reduces the cost.
