The invention discloses a method for repairing/modifying the HMX crystal morphology.The method comprises the step that an HMX crystal is mixed with HMX recrystallized mother liquor prepared through a solvent-anti-solvent recrystallization method or diluted liquid of the HMX recrystallized mother liquor under the stirring condition.According to the method, the circular and smooth HMX crystal can be prepared, the HMX content in the crystal is larger than or equal to 99.9%, the crystal density is larger than or equal to 1.90 g/cm , and through instrument observation, the microstructure of the crystal is visible, the appearance of the crystal has no sharp edges and corners, and the short-long axis ratio of the crystal is larger than or equal to 0.8.Accordingly, the HMX crystal prepared through the method has the advantages of being good in free-running property, low in sensitivity and the like.In addition, the method is mild in reaction condition, the crystallized mother liquid or the diluted liquid thereof is used, and the advantages of being easy to prepare and low in cost are achieved.
