Method for preparing carbon doped zinc oxide nanoparticles

2014
The invention provides a method for preparing carbon doped zinc oxide nanoparticles. The method comprises the following steps: uniformly and sufficiently mixing zinc acetate and urea, wherein the urea accounts for the 25-45 percent of the total mass; then putting the uniformly mixed powder into a muffle furnace for calcinations at 450-550 DEG C, and performing heat insulation for 2-3 hours, and naturally cooling to a room temperature; sufficiently washing and drying the obtained product to obtain the carbon doped zinc oxide nanoparticles of which the grain sizes are 35-55 nm. The method has the advantages of being simple in process, convenient to operate, high in yield, beneficial to industrial production, and the like; moreover, the reaction condition can be controlled.
