Method, system and device for determining time frequency resource

The invention relates to wireless communication technology, in particular to a method, a system and a device for determining time frequency resources. The method, the system and the device for determining time frequency resources are used to cooperatively determine the time frequency resources in a plurality of cells. The method of the embodiment of the invention comprises that: a first scheduling entity determines a cooperative scheduling terminal in the corresponding owned cell of the first scheduling entity, and the cooperative scheduling terminal is a terminal which can receive signals ofthe owned cell and other cooperative cells; the first scheduling entity determines the cooperative cells corresponding to the cooperative scheduling terminal; the first scheduling entity transmits the information of time frequency resources pre-allocated to the cooperative scheduling terminal to a second scheduling entity corresponding to the cooperative cells and instructs the second scheduling entity to determine whether to conduct cooperative scheduling for the cooperative scheduling terminal according to the information of the time frequency resources; and the first scheduling entity determines the time frequency resources to be allocated to the cooperative scheduling terminal according to the decision made by the second scheduling entity on whether to conduct cooperative scheduling for the cooperative scheduling terminal. The method of the embodiment of the invention can improve the spectrum efficiency of cells.
