Somatic complaints in psychiatric elderly patients: Three clinical cases

Abstract Psychiatric elderly patients have often poor physical health and a higher mortality in comparison to the general population. However, it is sometimes difficult to identify the somatic origin of complaints, as illustrated in these three clinical cases.
