High-speed digital logical CMOS microcircuits at low supply voltage

2000
The basic characteristics of new AVC (Texas Instruments) high-speed digital logical CMOS microcircuits produced in 1998 are considered. The microcircuits are optimized for operation at a supply voltage of +2.5 V but may operate anywhere in the range from +3.6 to +1.2 V. The maximum signal-propagation delay in AVC microcircuits at +2.5 V is no more than 2.0 nsec in standard conditions.
