The embodiment of the invention provides an electrical compensation method and a display panel, which relate to the technical field of display for compensating threshold voltage and mobility of a driving transistor. The method comprises steps: a first transistor and a second transistor are controlled to be conducted, and first voltage is applied to a data line; the first transistor is controlled to be cutoff, the second transistor is controlled to be conducted, voltage on a sensing line is detected after a preset time and first detection voltage is acquired; the first transistor and the second transistor are controlled to be conducted, and second voltage is applied to the data line; the first transistor is controlled to be cutoff, the second transistor is controlled to be conducted, voltage on the sensing line is detected after a preset time and second detection voltage is acquired; and according to the first voltage, the second voltage, the first detection voltage and the second detection voltage, the threshold voltage and the mobility of the driving transistor are acquired, and according to the threshold voltage and the mobility of the driving transistor, the threshold voltage and the mobility of the driving transistor are compensated. The embodiment of the invention is used for compensating the threshold voltage and the mobility.
