Painful Ophthalmoplegia of Right Eye in 40-Year-Old Female - Diagnosed As A Case of Tolosa-Hunt Syndrome

Tolosa-Hunt Syndrome (THS) is a painful opthalmoplegia caused by nonspecific inflammation of cavernous sinus or superior orbital fissure.
