THE STUDY FOR SURFACE-STERILIZATION AND GERMINATION OF GLOMUS SPORES

In this paper, the study on surface~sterilization and germination of Glomus spores was carried out. The results showed that the sterilization effect in 搕he differential method of sterilization?adopted was the best. Namely spores firstly was sterilized for 10 min in a solution of 2% chloramine T、 0.02%streptomycin and 0.01% gentamycin. After that spores germinated for 3 days under 25~27℃ and then was sterilized for 10 min in a solution of 2% chloramine T、0.02% streptomycin and 0.01%gentamycin. Seen from the results, the germinant rate of spores was higher and the contamination rate was much lower. At the same time, we found that Soils, peat and secretory products of plant roots could accelerate the germination of spores. Different pH has some influence on the germination of spores. Moreover, the germinant rate of spores was the highest in 搕he method of the improved sandwich?
