The present invention relates to a tung oil modified alkylphenol - phenolic resin and a tung oil modified alkylphenol post - process for the production of high CTI retardant paper base copper clad laminate phenolic resin composition, belonging to the technical field of production method of CCL. Tung oil modified alkylphenol - phenolic resin composition, comprising a tung oil modified alkylphenol - phenol resins, alkylphenol nitrogen - phenolic resins, brominated epoxy resins and flame retardants. Tung oil modified alkylphenol - phenolic resin composition method for producing high CTI retardant paper base copper clad laminate, wherein, comprising the steps of preparing :( a) the resin composition is as follows: Preparation of Paint again; prepared two times paint; a (ii) preparation of plastic sheet material: once for bleached kraft paper with a lacquer coating, dip coating two times after paint drying, to obtain the plastic web; (iii) preparation of high CTI retardant paper based CCL sheet: the N images superimposed on the rubber sheet, attached to a copper coating, in 26 ~ 30MPa pressure, hot pressing at a temperature of 178 ~ 182 ℃ 80 ~ 110 minutes and then cooled unloader, to obtain high flame-retardant paper CTI based CCL material.
