Solubility of tar oil components from Mangyshlak crude in propane

1967
1. Solubility of the oil components of Magyshlak tar in propane was studied at dilution ratios from 1∶2 to 1∶4 in the temperature range 45–75°C. 2. The characteristic feature of deasphalting tar from high-paraffin Mangyshlak crude is that deasphalting is possible at low temperatures (no higher than 55°C) and low propane-dilution ratio — 1∶3 by weight.
