Синтез и противоопухолевая активность некоторых бензофурилзамещенных 1,2,4-триазолов и триазолинтионов-5

3-(5-Methylbenzofuryl)-4-phenyl(benzyl, allyl)-5-mercapto-1,2,4-triazoles have been synthesized by cyclization of the corresponding thiosemicarbazides of 5-methylbenzofuran-2-carboxylic acid. The S-alkylation, N-aminomethylation and N-oxymethylation of 5-mercaptotriazoles have been performed using ethylene chlorohydrin, chloroacetamide, and chloroacetic acid. A series of new 3-(5-methylbenzofuryl)-5-mercaptosubstituted-1,2,4-triazoles, N-aminomethylene- and N-oxymethylenetriazolin-5-thiones have been obtained and tested with respect to antitumor activity.
