The invention provides a liquefied natural gas fuelling station/gasification station system with a heat pump which utilizes low-grade heat energy and a part of electric energy serving as a recuperation heat source. A system with a boiler or an electric heater serving as a recuperator heat source is replaced. The potential of the low-grade heat energy (underground water, air and the like) is infinite. According to the liquefied natural gas fuelling station/gasification station system with the heat pump which utilizes the low-grade heat energy and the part of the electric energy serving as the recuperation heat source, the utilization rate of the low-grade heat energy can be increased; fuel of high-grade energy sources (natural gas and the electric energy) is saved; emission of boiler greenhouse gas is reduced; the boiler house capital construction investment is reduced; the land requisition investment for controlling the fire separation distance is reduced; and the safety of a liquefied natural gas fuelling station/gasification station is improved.
