Интегральная составляющая вариабельности сердечного ритма при артериальной гипертензии у детей подросткового возраста

2014
We used dispersion analysis of low-amplitude fluctuations of the cardiac cycle PQRST, to assess the integral component of heart rate variability in patients with arterial hypertension (AH) in adolescent children. We observed 81 patients with the syndrome of AH, including neurocirculatory dystonia, labile hypertension and stable hypertension. The comparison group included of 30 children with the syndrome of autonomic dysfunction without signs lesions of the cardiovascular system, as the control group 50 healthy children without clinical signs of autonomic dysfunction. The average value of the index "Rhythm" in adolescents in the comparison group (Me = 28) were higher than children in the control group, p <0.001. The average value of the index "Rhythm" in adolescents with an established diagnosis AH (Me = 21) were higher than children in the control group (Me = 17), p = 0.002. Pathological values of the integral index of rhythm disturbances in patients with labile AH (64%) was significantly greater as compared with the control group (32%), p = 0.004. Integral component of heart rate variability allows to reveal the presence of autonomic dysfunction. The predominance of pathological values of an indicator "Rhythm" in adolescents with labile AH may serve as a poor prognostic sign with regard to the formation of stable hypertension.
