Two-dimension ray-machine scanner

2013
The invention provides a two-dimension ray-machine scanner which includes a base, an azimuth shaft, a cross support frame, a scanning-mirror support frame, a scanning mirror, a pitch shaft, bearings, a first motor, a second motor, a connection rod and a crank. The cross support frame is connected with the base through the azimuth shaft. The cross support frame is capable of rotating around the azimuth shaft. The cross support frame is connected with the scanning mirror through the scanning-mirror support frame. The scanning-mirror support frame and the cross support frame form revolute-pair connection through the pitch shaft and the bearings. The first motor drives the azimuth shaft and the cross support frame to rotate intermittently in a periodic manner. The second motor is connected to the cross support frame and capable of rotating around the azimuth shaft along with the cross support frame. A second motor drives the crank so as to drive the connection rod to move back and forth periodically. The two-dimension ray-machine scanner is capable of improving scanning speed and shortening imaging time. The size of the scanner is reduced, miniaturization of an imaging system is facilitated and manufacturing cost is saved.
