Thin superconducting YBaCuO film in strong microwave field

Abstract Nonlinear microwave absorption of the thin superconducting film is studied. It is shown that nonlinearity could not be explaned by heating of the sample. The conception of the vorteces generated by the microwave field gives results in agreement with experimental data.
