El concepto de consumidor vulnerable en el Texto Refundido de la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios

The RD-law 1/2021 introduces the concept of "vulnerable consumer" in art. 3.2 TRLGDCU. This paper explains the definition of "vulnerable consumer", relating it to the concept of "consumer" in art. 3.1 TRLGDCU, and the different conceptions of the vulnerable consumer that are actually included in the TRLGDCU are exposed.
