To provide a cancer development risk assessment device (1) able to easily and quickly assess the possibility that an assessed individual may develop cancer. The cancer development risk assessment device (1) is provided with a measurement device (3) configured so as to measure the concentration of each of a plurality of types of designated components included in the air exhaled by the assessed individual, and a controller (4) configured so as to calculate, on the basis of the measurement results from the measurement device (3), assessment points correlated with the possibility that the assessed individual has developed cancer.
