Effect of rapid oligotrophication by an aquatic treatment pilot plant on the microbial community of a mesotrophic bog V.attachment and growth kinetics of epibacteria

The seasonal fluctuation in the attachment and growth kinetics of the bacterial community was studied at the aquatic treatment pilot plant of the «Bio-filter system» in Doh-Hoh-Numa Bog. The rates of attachment and growth of the epibacterial community on glass slides were high and highly variable during summer and early autumn, but they were low and relatively constant in the other seasons
