Electric vehicle and aluminum air battery system thereof

The invention provides an electric vehicle and an aluminum air battery system thereof. The aluminum air battery system comprises an aluminum air battery stack, an electrolyte box, an electrolyte output pipe, a plurality of water pumps, a controller and an electrolyte return pipe, wherein the aluminum air battery stack comprises a plurality of aluminum air batteries which are connected in series; the electrolyte box is filled with an electrolyte; a horizontal position of the electrolyte box is lower than the aluminum air battery stack; the electrolyte output pipe is connected with the electrolyte box and aluminum air batteries; the plurality of water pumps are arranged on the electrolyte output pipe, correspond to the aluminum air batteries in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and are used for pumping the electrolyte of the electrolyte box to corresponding aluminum air batteries, so that the aluminum air batteries generate power; the controller controls the switching-on and the switching-off of the water pump; and the electrolyte of the electrolyte box flows back to the electrolyte box along the electrolyte return pipe by means of the action of gravity.
