Smart micro-grid is an important part of the power system and is the basis for energy Internet concept. Smart micro-grid optimization operation scheduling problem is one of the core technologies of smart micro-grid. Since the smog weather has seriously affected the social production and life in recent years, environmental protection benefits have become an important consideration for the operation of the grid. How to properly manage the operation of the smart micro-grid network within the influence of smog, the maximization of smart micro-grid economics, technology, and environmental efficiency has become an important research topic. This paper discusses the influence of energy storage configuration on the operation of smart micro-grid scheduling operations in the smart micro-grid, and the smog effect is another variable factor, considering the smog factor and the fog two scheduling schemes, give the model and improved solving method for smart micro-grid double-layer optimization scheduling. The results of different scheduling schemes are analyzed by actual examples to maximize the economy, technology and environmental efficiency of smart micro-grid.
