Сравнительный анализ эффективности хирургических методик закрытия множественных рецессий десны

2016
The aim of this clinical trial was to compare the clinical performance of the modified tunnel technique vs. modified coronally advanced flap in the treatment of multiple gingival recession defects. Materials and methods. Twelve patients with bilateral multiple recessions were treated one site with modified coronal advanced flap (Zuhr et al., 2007) and the other with modified tunnel technique (Zucchelli et al., 2000). Before operation and 3 month after the recessions and the width of keratinized tissue were measured. Results. Recession closure in the esthetic zone was 91.1% ± 18.8% for modified tunnel technique and 100% in cases with modified coronal advanced flap (p 0.01). Conclusions. The modified coronally advanced flap resulted in better clinical outcomes compared to modified tunnel technique, in terms of recession reduction and root coverage.
