On optimization of manganese peroxidase production by Fomes lignosus.

This paper is an attempt to study the effect of different conditions on manganese peroxidase production by Fomes lignosus. With the optimization of the culture conditions,the medium compositions are further optimized with orthogonal experimental design.The optimal culture conditions are pH5,temperature 34 ℃,with in 150 mL culture medium of 250 mL shake flask,glucose∶peptone(C/C) 20∶1,Mn2+ 1.5 mmol/L,ABTS 0.5 mmol/L,and rotation rate 160 r/min. The manganese peroxidase activity reaches 1 042.76 U/L.
