En Guinee, la croissance inclusive dependra de la reintegration des jeunes dans l'economie moderne et productive. Cette etude vise a identifier les principaux defis et opportunites pour accelerer leur integration economique a travers des programmes d'emploi cibles. La presente note de politique offre un apercu sur les principaux defis et les opportunites de renforcement des programmes du marche du travail destines aux jeunes du court au long terme. Le cadre conceptuel de l'etude donc se focalise sur les reponses des politiques necessaires pour reduire les contraintes qui entravent la croissance des emplois, soit au niveau individuel ou au niveau du marche.In Guinea, inclusive growth will depend on the reintegration of young people into the modern and productive economy. This study aims to identify the main challenges and opportunities to accelerate their economic inclusion through targeted employment programs. This policy note provides an overview of the main challenges and opportunities for strengthening youth labor market programs over the short- to long-term. The conceptual framework of the study therefore focuses on the policy responses necessary to reduce the constraints that impede job growth, either at the individual or at the market level. It is mainly intended for all actors, government and others, involved in the implementation of short and long term interventions and aims to facilitate the economic integration of young people.
